Starting 18.12.2011, Czech Airlines will be offering 1 weekly flight between Prague and the Azeri capitol Baku. The airline will be providing this service every Sunday/Monday night by Airbus A319. The flights will leave Prague at 21:10 and take off back from Baku at 05:05 next morning. Flights are in codeshare cooperation with Azerbaijan Airlines, same conditions applied on Thursday AZAL flights on Baku - Prague route.

Travel Service, second biggest airline at Prague airport, contracted Menzies Aviation as its new handling partner at Ruzyne airport effective February 2012. Korean Air has decided for aircraft change on summer 2012 flights to Prague. B747-400 will swap B777-200 on all Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday flights effective 26.03.2012. This is the first time passenger 747-400 will operate longer regularly to Prague. Korean Air had only two short periods (middle of July to the end of August 2004 and August 2011) for aircraft change to B747-400 on its Seoul flights recently.
